Mr. Norman. Pursuant to our recent conversation, I was expecting a call back or something??? Eric's claims of not taking care of the truck is obviously some kind of smoke screen, as I have provided all service records that incidentally I was never given credit for, and been to your shop 4x's in the 6 months. By the way a fender is $199 new (ebay-all day-buy now), thus I don't know why he keeps saying how the truck wasn't taken care of-give me a break. I have spent a very large sum of money with you guys and would appreciate some type of consideration. The payments were made, even while in your shop-hmmm...Stayed in contact as you (and Alberto) claim is the key. After initially telling me you would honor the 50/50 warranty in the field, I am told that is not the case. You guys went so far as to even give me a scenario of how you send me the parts??? Never happened. At the onset Joey changed the head-why do you think he did that?

 The problems I experienced within 45 days of leaving the shop revolved around the head. I brought the truck in for the head-paid. Within a 2 weeks guess what? The head/liner. This was obvioulsy a preexisting problem given the fact Joey sensed something prior to delivery and replaced it, but that was a bandaid, in that the problem ran much deeper. I dealt with the problems associated with a bad liner for 6 months culminating with me bringing the truck in for repairs at a quoted price of $10K. Additionally I changed steers 3 times in 5 months-hmm....Maybe the truck had bad king pins pre-delivery, and when brough to you guys attention-nothing. I sent you the receipts for the steers, and you even put 2 sets on yourself-never addressing the underlying problem. What are you going to do???? You have a great deal of recipts & correspondence from me-the picture is clear. Can we stop the 'pass the buck' routine and make this right? (310) xxxx-xxxx #2129 (((REDACTED)))
