This company is making the rounds again stealing money from hard working Americans to line their pockets. This time around, they're calling themselves "American Union Resources Center", but their website and script is the same as last year, "workforceunited.org" and many others, unitedworkforce.org, theunionway.org, unionway.org. And those are just the ones that I know of.

They are, yet again, stealing money from people saying that they represent unions, work with unions, and have people that go to their website. In researching, the unions have their own websites that they send people to. The legitimate union websites do not sell sponsorship. The unions don't know of these websites and if they did, wouldn't send people there.

The information on these websites are simply an aggregate of other information that's readily available on the web. If this were a legitimate business, why would they change their website every year? I called one of the people who were advertising on the previous website, and the only phone calls they ever got were from other people, asking if they'd ever gotten business from them. No business or phone calls were ever generated from their site.

I am an employee of american union resource center and I am writing this rebuttal because of the nature of this complaint. We have been wrongly connected with other companies that claim to do the same thing we do. We are not a scam, We do exactly what we say we do. We list business' on our informational site for union member's to be able to utilize information on the company and types of services they provide. We have hyperlinks set up for the union member to go directly to the website of the business. WE DO NOT SAY WE REPRESENT UNIONS, we provide all unions with information that they would need, The same concept as there being many news papers for the city that are all independent and neutral company's that provide information

Walmart, A huge business that everybody shops at everyday, That is in business and will still be in business even though they have 1800, (yes over 1800 on Rip Off Report) complaint for and about them, and further more there is no way to get your name off the report, that is the reason for this rebuttal.

Food for thought
Sincerely An anonymous employee for the fact that i dont want my name ruin either, A hard working honest human being that is being affected by a phony paragraph that is possible that some one was either a discruntled employee or an angry customer for the way they were spoke to, and made a retaliation the only way they knew how by ruining some ones name
