This company is referred to as a "scam moving company" and here are some things you should know:

Your will never pay the amount of the estimate, usually you will end up paying about 2x the estimate.

You will not receive your things on the contract delivery date normally

Your stuff will be handled without caution or care

They will try and extort as much money as possible from you and possibly even threaten you with violence

Your goods will most probably not be delivered on the day you expect them.

Our company does not believe in misleading or misinforming our customers. Before our customers obtain our services to assist them in their relocation, we forward all the necessary documents for the customers to review and we encourage our customers to carefully read all said documents to ensure there are no questions left unanswered. We maintain a contractual tariff level of liability that is authorized under Released Rates Orders of the Surface Transportation Board of the U.S. Department of Transportation. We also customarily make every effort to avoid losing, damaging or destroying any of the customers items while the shipment is in transit. However, despite the precautions taken, items are sometimes lost or damaged during the relocation.  Furthermore, Ms. Levy purchased additional insurance for her move and based on the documentation signed the insurance company settled her claim accordingly. We had nothing to do with the claim settlement from the Insurance Company.

Regarding her issue with the packing, we sent a document to review, sign and return to our in order to receive a refund in the amount of $475.45. Ms. Levy never returned the completed document accepting our offer; as a result a refund was never issued. Although Ms. Levy may feel that she did not receive the service she expected. Our representatives assisted her throughout the move. Ms. Levy was informed that pickup and delivery dates were estimated and not guaranteed, however she was delivered within the estimated delivery spread.  The movers will make every attempt possible to pickup and deliver the customer within the agreed upon timeframe.

Even though Ms. Levy was not satisfied with the settlement from our office or from the insurance company; both parties made every attempt possible to resolve Ms. Levy's issues to the best of their abilities.
