On November 13, 2012, I contacted this company to help write a research paper that was due on November 19, 2012.  This company agreed and I paid the fee of $57.63.  On the due date, November 19th, I call the company three times that day asking for the completed work and they kept promising that the work will be completed by 4 p.m. that day.  At 5 p.m. I called and was told that the writer would not be able to fulfill the research paper. 

I asked for a complete refund and was told I would have it within three business days.  It is now December 17, 2012 and I do not have the refund.  I continue to call the company and each time, I am told that they are waiting for a response from the management and they will get back to me.  They never do and I continue to call and speak with Jennifer, Sharon and Linda....all say we are waiting to see what management has to say about my refund.

As a result, I am still out 57.63 and they are refusing to return my money!  I have already opened up a case with the Better Business Bureau but need help warning customers about this company.  I am also hoping to get my refund.

When a company refuses to refund a customer it's money due, it is likely they don't have enough business or doesn't make enough to pay up.  It's sad.  Thanks for reporting them and hope others stay clear away from these thieves!

Outlaw: This is exactly like the Cocaine addict calling the police because somebody stole his coke.

Someone has to point out how dumb they sound and how much harm they might do themselves.

When you deal with a company who's business model is to help students cheat, did you expect them to do anything different?

Regardless of the reason excuse you are going to use to justify your actions, the fact remains you attempted to cheat.  Where in just about every single school's policy, that is grounds for immediate expulsion.

Of course if you still think you didn't do anything wrong, why not take your case to your school instead of the BBB.
