I placed an order with AmericaRX for some hair products for my mother, she has trouble finding the Toni Silkwave Perms so she gave me the money to buy her 7 boxes. I placed the order with AmericaRX on March 29, 2010 and included a couple of items that I needed for a total order of $86.51 (of which 7 Boxes of Toni Perms cost $41.09 of the total amount).  I waited and when I did not receive anything I emailed them and was sent an email stating my order had shipped-when I got the order there were numerous missing items so I emailed again and was told the missing 7 boxes of Tonis were on backorder and one items was not in stock and the other missing items were on the way. The next shipment arrived and that too was incomplete and missing items.  I called and held for 45 mins at a time while a recording told me I was next in line and then when someone picked up they said I needed to talk to someone in shipping and they disconnected me. This went on and on and needless to say I never received my 7 Boxes of Toni Silkwave Perms and they never refunded my $41.09 for these items that they charged me for but never delivered. I contacted Pay Pal since to be safe I placed my order using Pay Pal-I initiated a dispute/claim against America RX and explained everything in detail and sent PayPal my supporting emails by Fax (at a cost of $10.00 for fax fees) and Pay Pal contacted me and said there is nothing they can do because AmericaRX provided evidence they shipped me something....This is so crazy and rotten I cannot believe it... The two shipments they did send clearly based on the package weight provided by USPS tracking don't even come close to the weight of 7 Boxes of Toni Perms-I think one box contained 3 hairbands and a small soap! But PayPal said they can't help me! I feel so taken and angry and I just want everyone to know "Do not deal with AmericaRX" They are thieves and LIARS. Thanks.
