Paul Martin / Owner came to my home to give quote. After agreeing to the estimate, he never showed up when he said he would. He always had an excuse, his crew had no regard for personal property and ultimately did not complete the job but wanted full payment. After speaking with a lawyer I was advised just pay him it's not worth the hassle taking him to court. It cost me an additional $2000 to have someone complete the job properly. This is a warning to homeowners looking for concrete work. Very shady business practice and he apparently does this on a regular basis.
