Americas locksmith services An angry Russian came to our home treating us terribly for no reason already. quote on the phone was 54 plus tax. here it was 120 plus tax. when i called them, they did call evasion. said i still had to pay 20 service fee. we wouldn't pay and called the cops to report it with them too. while on the phone, he tried to sneak in the service so we would have to pay them. when we told him to stop, he stole half of our key and left in an hurry. he was sexist towards me, the wife and crude in his language to my husband. orem Utah

I called them and they gave me a quote of $54 plus tax with a 10% discount too. I spoke to Rebecca and Stacey. I told them on the phone I just needed the key removed from my car door (it had broken off in there). When he got here, he said $120 immidiately. I told him what the company said. He called them and then told me to call them too. I called them and she admiditted in the recording that in the notes it did say the price I was told. she from there, said she was sorry and that it is $120 according to the technitian. She could drop it down to $100 with no 10% discount. While I was talking on the phone, the locksmith tried to take out the key so we would have to pay services. We told him to stop and that he would not be doing the service. He tried to charge us the $20 "service" fee. We said no, there is no service he is going to do. We said we were calling the cops. He stole the half of the key that was not in  the door and got out of here fast. We did a report with an officer and got another locksmith out here today. Bxxxx Sxxx & Lxxx(((REDACTED)))  Inc did the job in 1 minute and only charged $45. When I tried calling Americas locksmith services back, i recorded the conversations. they would put me on hold or hang up on me. They would not give me the technitians name. Stacey and Rebecca kept disconnecting my call. Would not give me any answers for the police report. Do not use Americas Locksmith Services in Orem Utah.
