I am joining the rest of this group, I have the same dilema. Attempted to work the for free 100 leads given, to no avail. Received 2 mentoring calls and they've stopped. The two calls I received were pretty much sales calls. The mentor kept trying to get me to buy more leads and told me to compile a list of 500 business to contact and he would tell me what to do with them the next time he called. I Requested a refund and was refused because it was 35 days and the refund must be requested within the 30 day. There is no way to know if the business they promise would be successful in less than 30 days if they are requiring you to do mostly homework for the first 2 weeks of the mentoring program. Let alone it took the mentor almost 2 weeks to make the 1st call to me. I have never received any information on my promised website that I would have access to. The leads promised or the Newsletter I paid for have never been give to me either. I now have a useless program that cost me over $5,000 If anyone can give me info on who to contact above a rep to get a refund it would be appreciated. DD DD Round Rock, Texas

dear sir i thank you and many like you who have unfortunatly spent the money so i dont have to. rip offs make me very mad. i got a booklet in the mail for this company i was going to invest for the course but is what stopped me aside from this site was the company it self. i called twice to ask questions first time the guy asked me if i answer your questions will you buy the system. second one answered 2 of my questions then before i was finished asking questions he was asking for my address phone# trying to force a sale. when i called there their denver #303 i asked for some one that could answer my questions and they put me through to a salesman not a customer service person i dont think this company has a customer service dept. just sales. in the booklet russ dalbey welcomes your phone calls but try to get ahold of him personally. it will never happen you cant find a ph# for this business that doesnt direct you right to sales. any ways if you used your credit card you may be able to talk to your finicail institution and get a charge back you have up to 6 months to do this if for a good reason. 2 call the company it self let them know you will be talking to the federal trade commision if the dont refund. also let them know you will be making a complaint in every way possible to every one you can they will probally refund you without a problem. or i live about 1 hour away from their main hq i could go there and open a can whoop a*s on them cause I HATE SCAMMERS. WELL GOOD LUCK
