America's Servicing Company, ASC, Wells Fargo ripoff duplicate write-offs on credit and failure to follow contracts as they service for Wells Fargo and Wells Fargo writes off as well as ASC Des Moines Indiana

ASC AKA American Servicing Company is a company that "services" Mortgage Loans for Wells Fargo. We had a severe Family Situation and one family member was lost. In this we also lost our home to Forclosure.

We understood that Wells Fargo would sell the home and charge us the balance that was due after the sell at foreclosure. We found that Wells Fargo had charged us off full balance of the house on our credit without a written notification of what it was sold at and how much our balance was.

We also found that ASC, aka America's Servicing Company, had also wrote the same amount off on our credit. Therefor we have a double write off or rather, charge off on our credit for the entire amount and twice!!

I am inclined to beleive that Wells Fargo would like to preserve its name and eliminate business with ASC, aka America's Servicing Company.

We know the home was sold because we live in the same area still and have seen it change realtors quite a few times. The home is defective to begin with and lucky us received the blow for being naive in the home purchase area. The house IS a money pit.
