ASC - Wells Fargo Bank - America'S Servicing Company - Wells Fargo Bank I have a loan that the interest keeps going up, Des Moines Iowa

I call to see if we can work something out and originally they said I qualify for mortgage modification after two month setting in Mr. Steven Porter desk he send out a letter denying me the modification, Wells Fargo did not change in the way they do business, their employees are all the same they play with peoples lifes like a roulette table.
I work for Wells Fargo many years ago, look like they haven't change the way they do business, they should be close done for ripping people off like they due the interests are coming down and they keeps their going up.
My house coast less that what I owe and they refuse to work with me and like me they are probably hundreds of home owners in the same situation
They said that my loan interest is base on Libor and i just check the Libor for one year is @ 3.275% and they are charging me 7.75%.
Can someone help please!
