Is your loan transfer dated Sept 1st?
If you call before that you will not have a loan # yet.

PLEASE be sure that your payments are all up to date, "this is very important".

Get a print out of all your payments made by your previous lender and keep in a safe place. So you have proof of your payments. Make sure that Insurance info was up to date with them as well, and get a print out.

Fax your proof of Insurance right away.
If your name is not on the loan, you cannot get any information and that is general security for all instutions.Have your husband call and get the info and tell them that you are authorized to speak to them

Most of these people having probelms were behind in payments or didnt have proof of Insurance or payments. I have not had any problems at all.

I set up a seperate account and each month I deposit my payment into it. ASC has withdrawn every month on time with no problems and I get a statement every month showing payment made, and I file each one away.

Every one that I have spoken to at ASC have been very helpful, just make sure all of your information is kept in a safe place. Including proof of cert mail and faxes.
