ASC is unfortunately the servicer of our loan. It has been in litigation since August, 2008. My phone rings the other day and this is what they said:

Please hold for an important message from your mortgage servicer.

So, I hold for a few seconds. Then a real person comes on the phone and asks for me and I answer, "this is she". Then a few seconds went by and nothing and then I said, Hello, Hello?? Then, this recording came on and it said: Please contact your mortgage servicer at: 1800-xox-xoxo.

The idiots had me on the phone, why did they click me off if they wanted to talk?? Knowing that this is in litigation and knowing that I am not going to call them back. They must speak with my attorney concerning anything to do with us.
