America's Servicing Company ripoff predatory servicing company Frederick Maryland

My mortgage was taken over 6 monthes ago by America's servicing company from Litton Loan. ASC has sent me default papers repeatedly even though I owe no back paynents and my payments have been 2 hundred dollars more than they are asking.

I have repeatedly tried calling their 800 number only to be transfered from person to person until I hang up. One of their employees, Alan either leaves threatening message on my answering machine or to my children telling me to call; back that day or I will lose my house. Nice thing to tell my children!. When I called back to speak to him, they wouldn't let me.

I have gone to the Pa, Atty General who have put me in touch with Consumer Protection. Though they are looking into my case, other than asking for info from me I haven't heard anything. ASC heard from them and is saying they are now looking into my case but at the same time it is taking them at least three weeks from the day I send it for them to say they received it even though I am sending all payments and correspondence to them certified, return receipt requested.

They are still charging me late fees even though the receipts plainly show the payment was received before it was late. Also, while searching the web for the company I have found another address for them in Des Moines, Iowa. I will go file anything needed to stop this company and will not be happy unless firing Alan is part of the deal! AZSC is on at least the BBB of Tennessee lists of companies who they have written3 complaint letters to and gotten no response.
