America's Servicing Company will not provide me with loan documents or provide me an answer...who owns my mortgage?...if ASC will not provide loan documents when my loan was flipped or provide proof of who does now own the note then they have no rights to my property...they won't give me answers stating "they are protecting their investors".
Call the FTC at 1 877-382-4357 and file a complaint if you have a problem with this loan servicer.
The FTC just settled a class action suit for 28 million dollars against EMC, another predatory servicer. If you are in foreclosure, tell the judge that ASC must prove they own the note...they more than likely do not as these mortgages have been sold and sliced to wall street and hedge fund investors llcs many who are now out of business or bankrupt.
