Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Americo bought my 20 year old life insurance policy. They never sent invoices to me. I continued to make payments anyway and they then told me they couldn't find my policy and sent my payments back to me. Later I would get a notice that my policy was lapsing.
I feel like they stole my policy from my family after I had been regularly making payments for 20 years.
Has this happened to anyone else out there and how did you deal with it?

it is a scam, i bought a policy too and when i need involutary unemployment, they were no where to be seen, giving run around and after 3 months still no reponse from the company, both by phone and email. BEWARE of this company, stay away
