Americredit invasion of privacy disclosed info about account to a third party Arlington Texas

My sister contacted me this morning and told me Americredit called her. Found that funny because I spoke with them 2 days ago. My sister told me that Brad from Americredit told her I was one and a half payments behind on the account which did not include the late fees I am being charged! I was so mad. they violated my privacy. My sister is NOT on the loan and NOT a co-signer. they had NO right to disclose any info to her regarding my account with them.

I immediatly called them. They said my sister started talking about my account when they called her...does that give them a right to discuss this info with other people? I told the manager I spoke to that I was going to speak with my lawyer regarding this. She immediatly said "I am going to ask you to surrender the car"! I said why. she said you owe 79.70 from Novemeber's payment plus December, at this point I am asking you to surrender the car to us. They want my car over 79.70!
As soon as I get it caught up I am trading it in so I can get financed through someone else.

I am tired of them calling me 10 times a day at home and at work. Oh did I mention I got suspended for 2 weeks because I told them on a prior call I could not receive calls at work. they called again and my boss answered. I was suspended. Illegal to call at place of employment after they have been told not to!
I am going to my lawyer. I have had it with this company!
