Americredit ripoff lying fraudulant Arlington Texas

My credit wasnt to bad but when I Got my Oldsmobile Alero from the dealership I was told that Americredit was the only one who will give me a lone.

What i was told by the dealership and what Americredit said I had to pay back was totally different plus my interest rate was higher then what I was told.
Then When I was working for Walgreens my hours were cut in half so Iiii had hard time paying bills Called Americredit to see what I can work out. They agreed that I can make my payment late but later on found out they changed my due date without notifying me so my next month payment was late and got my first mark on my credit. I called to find out why my due date changed they said i asked for it which i told them when i called i asked if i can make my payment late not change my due date but they didnt take responsibility for it.

My latest problem with Americredit happened on March 30, 2006 when i called about a message they left me a night before about payment not recwived for March payment I called on March 27 asked to defer my payment the gentlemen i talk to Kelvin said ok took my $100.00 payment over the phone.

When i talked to the Manager on March 30 she said defermnet was not set up she did not understand what customer rep took my money for and he did not list a reason for the partial payment so she say she will ask him personally what he did and call me right away to fix the problem but no call happened.

Americredit should not get away with it so if there are any class action suits pending I will love to be involved and do what ever it takes to help start one!!
