I decided to write in after reading some of the rip-off reports. I am currently being financed through Americredit. I have a loan with 18% interest! Imagine them wanting to help people who supposedly don't pay their bills "on time"! If I carry this loan to it's end ( won't be tho'), I will have paid $30m for a car that I'm now being told isn't worth what I owe on it?

Something is terribly wrong! If you wanted to help, you would not be charging such high interest rates. I think you only want to help yourself! How can a loan that is not even two years old be "upside down"? It'll probably be a voluntary repo if I can't get it refinanced!
