Americredit auto loan in Washington state Arlington Texas

I am resident of Washington State.
Forced to purchase a vehicle for work, We went to local Suzuki Dealer in Spokane, WA. We were given a bad credit loan from Americredit. Highest interest that they could find. We were difficult to get loan for due to recent bad credit.

Got the loan. Payments were high and being senior citizens it was difficult to make payments on time. If we get behind we get 5-6 calls per day. Even on Saturdays, when they are closed and cannot contact them.
We have had no action taken against us yet.

Often we feel like telling them to come get the car!!!!!!! Or stop calling us.

Since the loan has gone down only pennies since we started paying, I don't care if they come and get it.
What I would like to know if anyone in Washington State has done business with Americredit and if they are aware of any rights that we consumers may have?????
