I have an account with Americredit. I have one payment left but my balance is $7,300. Please tell me how this is possible? I have been paying on this loan since 2001, and it is 2008. Is there anyone trying to file a class action suit against Americredit? This is ridiculous.

I paid 6 payments more then my 60 month and americredit repossessed my car and now still wants $1600 from me.
