Americredit company that is a ripoff and haresses people Fort Worht texas

this company is ruthless. they attack you when you are 1 day late after you have contacted them to let them know the situation. my husband had lost his job due to downsizing. we were already living on a tight budget due to my ex-husband who had left me with over 80,000 in bills but that is another story. we needed a car so went to our local kia dealer. after spending all day there we were told only americredit would touch us. mind you my credit is not perfect but i have a good credit card. they said because of our bankruptcy okay. was told it would be a high interest rate but i could refi after 1 year not true. after having the car several months my husband was laid off. now we had one income. i called americredit to see if we could reduce the payment or something. after transferring me several times i was told no. i informed them i would be a day or two late. well at 7 am the day after the payment was due all hell broke loose. the calls started and not just one. i informed americredit that calling before 9 am was illegal did they care no. they called and i am not kidding 10 times that day and the next at 7 am again. it was bad. then the next month they had the nerve to call me the day before the d**n thing was due at 7 am to tell me i was late. i asked how was i late on the 29th when the payment was due on the 30th the gentleman hung up. i block my call from where ever i am when i have to call them. they are a dog on bone company and i would walk before i ever deal with them after this loan is paid off. for all you nice people out there DO NOT USE AMERICREDIT EVER NO MATTER WHAT THE DEALER TELLS YOU.
