Our propane tank is down to 6%. Beginning 2 weeks ago, we began calling for a fill-up, apparently to no avail. I have called 4 times in the past 10 days, and all I get from the office staff are excuses as to why the driver can't fill it (driveway is "too wet" - ?, "too icey", etc.). Today I'm told that there is no order for us. This is the worst service we have ever encountered, and we will be changing propane companies as soon as possible. Don't ever get stuck with these people! We were unfortunate because AmeriGas bought out the company we had for 16 years, who, by the way, were wonderful.
