Amerigas they charged my account $500 for their own mistake. Rome Ohio

I moved into a mobile home where the Amerigas tank was empty.  I moved here on October 26, 2013.  I called them ahead of time to come fill our gas tank, they said they would be here that Tuesday October 29, 2013.  They did not come until Wednesday, October 30, 2013 so we spent some time without heat.

I ordered 254 gallons of gas which my gas bill comes to $523.06 which the bill was created on October 31, 2013. On November 13, I saw a charge for $ 348.65.  I called them Monday, November 25th.  They said that the delivery man put 154 gallons on accident in our tank so they still have to charge us for their mistake.  The problem is, we already ordered enough gas in our tank that their gas was just being pushed into the air anyway because it was already full.  Our tank had too much pressure on it and is making squeeky noises.

Then I saw they put another charge to our account  November 28, $ 134.25.  This states they gave us 54 gallons.  I do not have the receipts for these things and I did not request any more gas.  We just filled our tank up to 80%.  My husband checked the tank Wednesday November 27 and it was at 79%.  Right now it is down to 75% in 4 days.  We do not have a oven or a dryer, therefore it is only used to heat our mobile home.  This does not seem right.

In conclusion, my bill is now a total of $1,002.30 when it should only be $523.06 I should not have to pay for their mistakes, especially gas that is not even in my tank anyway.
