I have had the same problem with these guys, now they're taking MORE money out of my account in increased amounts. They operate out of Oklahoma and when I called the Dept of Consumer Credit there, I discovered they don't have a license to operate in the State! Totally illegal operation. IF you call them, keep telling them that so they know YOU know. Also, their interest rate is WAY above what the law stipulates for these lenders. They told me on the phone that their APR was 197.3% which is decidedly ILLEGAL anyway but according to the loan documents it's actually a WHOPPING and 608.33%!! So there's a descepancy there even though BOTH rates are ILLEGAL in that state. So they are ILLEGAL on TWO fronts.
