I requested a payday loan from Ameriloan and every day since approval I have had a call from "the california supreme court" that says I am charged with 3 fraud/money laundering etc due to not paying the loan. However, I am not in default and I Ameriloan said this is a scam that people are doing. It is quite scary as they do have a formal document alleging charges though it is without proper syntax and grammer. I did consult a lawyer who said this is false accusation and no charges are filed. When on the phone with the company though, they are sure convincing and very strong/aggressive.
