Ameriloan SCAMMM!!! Miami Oklahoma

In August my husband and I needed a loan. My husband applied for a loan with Ameriloan. The agreement stated that the loan amount would be deducted from his account on the next pay day. My husband is a teacher so he only gets paid once a month. The loan amount was 300.00 dollars with a fee of 50.00 dollars. When the time came for the company to deduct the amount they only took debited 90.00 dollars. My husband tried to find a contact number, but their website only provided space to email them. We did. After several weeks we received an email with a customer service number. My husband called and spoke to a representative who went on to explain that the loan would be taken out in 90.00 installments every pay period. Here we are months later, and as of November 30th, we beleived this loan to have been completely paid off until my husband received an email from Ameriloan saying that the 90.00 dollars was a renewal fee and the loan had not been touched, and gave an option to pay the loan in full with another 90.00 dollar fee or pay the fee plus 50.00. This was not in the agreement in the first place. We never asked for the loan to be renewed. This company took it upon themselves to do that and then lied to us when we inquired about it. I have never felt so scammed in my life. We have been completely taken for a ride. They have received a total of 360.00 dollars to date, and have statements to prove it. Now they are just outright scamming us. We have since filed a complaint with the BBB. At this point, we don't know what else to do.
