Ameriquest AMC company that makes people homeless and helpless ripoff Hager City, Wisconson

Ameriquest was ruined my credit, and are trying to steal my house that my husband and I built from the bottom up ourselves (with the help from our dear friends and family). They made all the same promises that they made to everyone else. We have 26 acres of land and the house. The loan was suppose to be on 6 acres of land and the house (and we have notorized papers saying that the other 20 acres was not included in the loan)but somehow they got all the land included in the loan and we didn't find this out until we went to sell the land to get out from under Ameriquest.

So now we have until Nov 28th 2006 and they will hold a Sheriff's Sale and we will be out in the cold. We have a buyer for the land which would pay the loan off but they are dragging their feet in getting us a payoff amount so that we can save our house from foreclosure. I pray that they will get the payoff amount to us in time we do have a lawyer helping us but I'm not so sure about him either. I have faith that this will work out and we will be able to save our house but I still need help with lawyers and advise on how to go after Ameriquest for everything that they have done to us and our credit in the last 4 years.

So if anyone can let me know what to do next I would really appreciate it. What I have mentioned above is just part of the problems that we have had with them and I want them to pay. I want them to be put out of business so that they can not keep on hurting hardworking, respectful, good people.
