We refinnced our home with this company. They had us close on our loan 4 or 5 times. We had to keep resigning papers.We applied for and agreed to a fixed rate loan. The company switched our agreement, without our knowledge, in one of the many closings, to an adjustable rate loan. We would have never agreed to an ARM.
This company continues to raise our interest rate without explanation. We were forced into Chapter 13 to attempt to save our home. Even under Chapter 13 the company keeps trying to take us to court and have the stay of execution lifted so they can forclose.
We have read much negative publicity about this company on the internet, including class action lawsuits and personal lawsuits.They continue to get away with this fradulent activity. We need legal assistance, above and beyond what our bankruptcy attorney can give us. Stay away from Ameriquest aka AMC!
