Has anyone in the state of Pennsylvania received a notice letter from the Attorney Generals office, for the Multistate Settlement with Ameriquest ?

I have been informed by an admistrator of the Multistate Settlement that all notice and release forms were mailed out by July-14, yet I still have not received mine. I live 2 hours from Allentown, PA so it should not take more than 11 days for the release form to be delivered.

I am curious as to how much each person will receive ? My understanding is the average amount each borrower will receive is around $300 - $500. That is pultry chump change compared to what the Ameriquest scumbags cost me and many many other borrowers !!!!

I am also curious how many borrowers will accept the settlement amount, or pursue legal action of their own, or take part in a class action lawsuit ? I had checked with several attorneys in the central PA area to represent me against Ameriquest, however none of them would take the case. Most had advised that it would be a conflict of interest, as they already represent Ameriquest.
