Ameriquest Mortgage Company, Adam Rothman Fired, Frank Cortinez promoted, Ripoff, from one crook to another Miramar Florida

Gee, Todd was such a nice guy when he was buzzing around the office whacked out on coke ! I would see him working from 7am to 10pm 7 days a week, gee now he is the branch manager. Wow all that hard work actually paid off.
Oh, i also saw his 1099 for 2003 he made over 200k as an AE, again hard work pays off
I am not so sure about adam though, never saw him doing anything.... and the branch,st pete, was always hush hush when adam was around. although Ryan Huckstep the Ex branch manager & one of the processors were all really good friends outside the office.. I know ryan and adam even vacationed with their wives/girlfreinds together, i tend to lean towards the good guy bad guy routine as a MO..

Oh and Todd actually has the audasity to attribute his "good fortune" to the lord. his email out side the office is blessedFROMquest@..... if i could remember it i would.. he actually told me there is a reason that his email is not blessedBYquest@... to him there was a big difference in the from and by.... i suppose there was some sort of justification ....
Just think you too can go from being a credit deadbeat like TODD ZELCHER, who had collections and chargeoffs all over his credit 2 years ago to making 200k plus per year,He too could have been ameriquest best customer if only he owned a home, to buying a condo cash at the beach, and more.. just sell your soul

dont hate on adam rothman....he is a great guy who tried to do right by his employees.. he just had shady a*s dudes like todd zelcer working for him who told him one thing and did the exact opposite. todd is the shadiest guy in the company who i know screwed people out of there homes.. three different people thought they had insurance paid for when they refinaced, but todd just did it to make his "REV" more.. good job todd, way to screw people out of there homes for an extra 400 bucks a month...i guess you didn't think a hurricane would come and take out their house, after you left them with no insurance. if adam knew what todd was doing, he would have fired this piece of s**t a long time ago. in all the year and half i worked in this company, i only saw todd do negative.

I WORKED FOR FRANK.......HE IS AS CROOKED AS THEY COME HE TAUGHT HIS MGRS AND AEs HIS TRICKS....BUT FRAUD IS NOT THE ONLY THING ADAM AND FRANK CORTINAS HAVE IN COMMON.......THEY BOTH SNORT COKE...LIKE TONY MONTANA...IN FACT SOME TIMES, NAPOLEON THINKS HE IS SCAR FACE.

FRANK EVEN USES DRUGS WITH HIS EMPLOYEES IN OR NEAR AMERIQUEST BRANCHES, WHEN HE VISITS. HE SLEEPS WITH HIS SUBORDINATES...SO HE IS A CON/FRAUD ARTIST, MANIPULATIVE, COKE ADDICT, AND A SLIME BALL.....AND AMERIQUEST IS PROMOTING HIM? THIS IS BECAUSE HE IS THE ONLY PERSON DIRTY ENOUGH TO CLEAN UP ADAM'S MESS. ALL OF THE UPPER MANAGEMENT PRESIDENT, CEO, COO, ARE ALL GOING TO HELL. I SWEAR THEY'VE ALREADY SIGNED THE CONTRACT W/ THE DEVIL HIMSELF. THIS COMPANY SUCKS.
