Ameriquest Mortgage Company ripoff Orange California

Hi I have been rip off by Ameriquest Mortgage and we did refinance with them They do not paid all off credit cards they did paid all off some of it. I was very surprised. My father show me why did they charge u with 9.12 a $9,800.00? it rip off and fraud they used money. My account officer name is Jenny Loo and I did called her and she told me she didnt remember and I told her bad language. and We went to Ameriquest Mortgage with my father and the man said Jenny Loo is no longer work in the office she was disappear and work in different office.
So I asked the man Can I have her cell phone and he said no So I found her cell phone on the board so I keep memorized it so I did called her she was very extremely rude.

They gave me 175,000 refiance and 20,000 cash, also they did gave me 10 thousand refund? is there a way to find her or to get my refund 9800.00 back.
They did not report credit bureau for period of time and and the credit score have been dropping.

Why would they do it?
Who can I contact complain?
because is it too late that we signed contracted?
Why did other mortgage company does not have prepayment penalties?
why this company?
My father was right and many people heard and said this company rip off.

what can I do with 9800.00 back we did refinance and show the new company and said why do they charge y with rip off 9800.00...
