Ameriquest Mortgage To be such a big company they are very PUSHY! Ripoff! Los Angeles California

My payment is due the 1st of every month it was the 30 day of the month and they was calling me harrasing me, and my payment wasn't even late yet!I told them that my payment would be a few days late this month due to how my paycheck fell.

They threatened me that they was going to put it on my credit report and I told them I would pay for the late charge besides I have 10 days before late charges acur the lady got so rude about it that since November of last year I decided to look for a new place to refinance at.

You know everything was fine until I was a few days late about 10 months into my loan with this company, they sure don't say anything when you pay in advance though, I am an honest person and I don't like to fall behind on my mortgage I do pay on time but they acted like I was a piece of crap.

If they are such a big mortgage company why do they harras people do they not manage there company right? Now the company that I found is Homestead Mortgage out of Missouri awesome people they are going to do my refinance.

Ameriquest found out that I was refinancing with someone else and they don't want to lose my business now they want to refinance my property and house but they don't want to go off the full appraisal they will only lend me 75% off of 170,000 and my place appraises at 205,000
because I have 37 acres and they will only lend on 10 acres so they cut my apprasial down, IS THAT A JOKE OR WHAT?ITS A RIP-OFF!

Then even if I did go and refinance through them they would even wave the fee for refiancing early!!! lol why would I want to stay with there company the way they treat there customers is not business like at all!!
