Ameriquest mortgage commits fraud, forgery, deceptive lending practices, AND THEY GET AWAY WITH IT, ripoff Omaha, Nebraska

This is to inform anyone seeking a mortgage loan to reconsider if using Ameriquest Mortgage Company. They seem to think they are above the law, consequences or being responsible for restitution owed by them for destroying families. Their motto "Proud sponsor of the American Dream" should be "Proud Sponsor of Destroyer of American Dreams". You'd be better off going through a loan shark, all they do is break your legs!

My husband and I applied for a loan with AMC August of 2003. They alleged that we closed on this loan August 23rd of 2003. We did not sign closing documents at 9 am on a Saturday in our Pajamas. This company has put us through two years of hell for the following reasons:

1. Applied for a loan...no closing, yet I have had to declare bankruptcy 3 times to keep them from auctioning off my home. I have never made a payment on this alleged loan.

2. They have forged and transposed my signature on documents.

3. Falsified my credit report (shows I made payments)

4. Used false loan information for my alleged loan approval(some family in council bluffs iowa)

5. Harrassed me while in bankruptcy

6. Figures on paperwork change all over the place.

7. Application date and closing date are the same. Verification of employment is dated 3 days after the closing. The place of employment is falsified.

8. Their license in the state of nebraska is pending until they settle this complaint with the nebraska department of banking and finance (who I will have you know...is financed by the lending institutions it governs...how about that)

What we have done is send a letter to the State Atty General because of the criminal activities on AMC part. A letter to the Governor, because they oversee the Banking and Finance Department, and letters to every news agency we can get an email address for.

Don't take this lying down. We know all too well how hard it can be on you. It has all but destroyed our family, finances, marraige and everything else. These scummy lending institutions may have deep pockets, but we have will and resolve accompanied with a new purpose in life...TO WATCH THIS PREDATORY, CRIMINAL, SCUMBAG COMPANY FALL TO ITS KNEES!
