AmeriSep ripoff septic and leech field treatment Snellville Georgia

It is obvious to me now that I've been taken by some real con artists. I am in the process of filing reports with the Federal Trade Commission, the BBB, and the Georgia State's Attorney office. Initially I was after just a refund, but I've been jerked around now to the point where I'm going to pursue this as far as I can in terms of getting some legal sanctions placed against this company.

Their game goes as follows. Speak to smooth talking Sharon on the phone who will convince you of the wonders of their product and the safety of their one year guarantee. When the product fails to produce the results claimed (or better said, none at all!)and a refund is requested, keep stalling and putting the customer off until they give up. The mysterious Jack Bailey, who controls all refunds, will never call you back, despite Sharon's assurances that he will and that she'll talk to him personally. Most people won't take the time to fight for their refund. For those that put up a good fight and file documented complaints, eventaully pay the refund so that it looks to the BBB like most complaints are satisfactorily resolved.

I'm out $306 to AmeriSep plus over $6,000 to replace our septic system. After providing AmeriSep with detailed documentation, confirming with them that this documentation was received, and receiving assurances from Sharon that my refund was being processed, over 10 weeks have passed with no refund. Today was my 12th phone call and my last. The refund is no longer as important to me as exposing this scam, helping other people avoid it, and hopefully getting some sanctions placed against this company!
