AMG Timeshares Sells Was contacted by Dir of Sales, Katelyn McGee for immediate sale of my time share for $19,600 & up front fee of $999 to be refuned at sale w/i 60/90 days. She has buyer with $4000 down pmt. west portsmouth, Ohio

I beleive I have been contacted by another scam atrist company wanting to give me a fabolus deal on selling my time share.  It sounds as if I must take this deal immediately or my loss!  They wanted $999 up front for their contracting of services and said it would be refunded to me within 60 to 90 days of closing and would be added to the sale amount of $19,600.  I asked if they charged a percentage for their services and her response was their is a fee for saling my time share but I would not be out anything. She told me that I would receive a check for the $19,600 plus the $999 and any losses I have paid out to other time share sales companies. This offer is more than the original purchase price. 

The salesperson (lady) wanted an answer by 3 pm today as her customer has cash down payment of $4,000.  It was 1 pm when she made several calls to my home.  The reason she wanted a commitment  for sale by 3 pm was because she was catching plane to California.  When I questioned her about my scepticsm of scamming she states she is Director of Sales for AMG and sales 25 time shares a day.

I told her I have been scammed by 2 other agencies with similar sales pitch and she told me if I had the contracts she would also recover my losses which I have already paid to the other time share sales representatives.

I am sure this is another Rip Off and just want to file report before anyone else is a victum to any scamming.  I took the lady's name and phone number but did not respond to any taking of offers.
