Amir And Sanchez Nutraceuticals Scam Using "Weight Loss Story" to Sell False FREE Trial of Nature's Acia Berry Torrance California

Beware of falling for either "Lorrie's" or "Kelly's" Weight Loss Story. The link is under the url, www.acaionoprah.com and the story has the same text, different pictures and inserts the name of your town in the text - so you think you are reading about a neighbor. Buried in the story are links to order free trials of Natures Acai Berry and a colon cleanser. The colon cleansers vary but the scam is the same for all the products.

By simply ordering the free trial - you pay $4.99 for shipping - you agree (text is buried in a "terms of offer tab at bottom of page) that the company can charge you $69.95 per month for the product if you do not return the free trial within 14 days of receipt. So, you never have a chance to try the product before you are charged! And, you can't cancel and send back the first shipment - you are stuck with the first month product and payment - since when can you not return an unopened product for a refund? But worse, you are also agreeing that the company can give your credit card info to 2 other companies to pull the same negative consent scam. Consumers should be outraged and this company should be put out of business.

I have already filed a complaint with the California Attorney General's office and I am going after the colon cleanse companies next. Watch that you don't fall for this - the link shows up in Google adwords on the right in my www.msnbc.com page all the time.
