TMS The Membership Script was sold on February 19, 2011. It was sold with the website, complete TMS Membership Script source code, add-ons, the entire business, and was located at:

The entire business, sold fraudulently by Amir Cann was sold to Richard Goddeau, GSCSC, Global Software. Being that Richard Goddeau, GSCSC, Global Software obtained it, and has a financial interest in the business, and since the site has not been turned over as part of the purchase, we ask that you do not buy anything related to TMS Membership Script from the website, unless you use:

until the domain dispute has been settled. Amir Cann ripped off my company for over $4,000 and didn't turn over the site, or complete script, and sold us products that belonged to CodeLock owners, and other authors. Do not buy anything from Creative Vision International, CVI, from SuperSiteTools.net, DW Scripts, or any of their sites. You will lose your money.
