I ordered a sample for $4.99 from WWW.NATURES-ACAI.COM which was placed on my VISA. The VISA card statement lists the $4.99 which I expected; however, there is an additional charge for $79.96 which was not authorized or in the fine print anywhere that I looked. The phone number on the statement did not answer for the several hours that I first tried. Then I got a person who acted disturbed and told me she was only the customer service phone operator and would have someone return my call. I am still waiting.
