Amonstar Igoodmart Item under warranty broke, Took months to get return address and sent it in. They confirmed that they got it. They never sent me a replacement light. Person who has handled my case is always out on sick leave. San Leandro California

 I bought a LED Aquarium Light from AMONSTAR on eBay. The cost was $130.00. The compoany stated they they where an American Company out of California and that they had a warehouse here. It came with a Three Year Warrenty. My light broke in five months. I emailed the companty. They are actually in China.  After Four months of going back and forth with emails and my case handler Alina being in the hospital three times they finally gave me a return address and told em to ship it back. That cost me $25.00. I shipped it back. A week later I emailed them to get confirmation they recieved it. They did receive it. A week later they asked me if I wanted a replacement. I said yes and asked for the tracking info. A month goes by. We email back and forth. They stop repsoning to my emails, so I emailed them under a different name. They then respond to the other email address. I explain why hasnt my item been shipped. They told me it must have been lost. I asked for the shipping info so that I can put in am insurance claim. Agian my case handler is sick in the hospital and to contact them in a week. That is where I am now.
