Ampd Mobile HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RIPOFFS! Los Angeles California

I am so upset about Ampd Mobile. When i first got the service i thought it was a nice phone and really good deal but the second time i called in , i waited over hours to get through. I was continuously hung up on when i called to check on my account and pay my bill. I called in to question and dispute part of my bill, so that i could make my correct payment , but could never get through. Alot of times the network wasnt evening working.

I called for days on days and got no answer. I'm a small business owner myself and i know what customer service is. Noone wants to pay for something they feel they are being charged incorrectly for.

I called in and went online and got no answer, until i finally called a retail store who told me Ampd filed a Chapter 11, and transferred me over to some type of service line which i waited on hold over 2 hours for. When i got through they told me there was nothing that i could do about speaking to a supervisor, that my service was disconnected and that i couldnt go online to make a payment or inquire about my bill while it was disconnected.

How can you shut someones service off who has been trying to pay the overcharged bill and cant get through? I filed a complain with BBB and requested last months refund for my service because ive been without service for a while now and no one ever called me back as they promised. The company told me i could call customer service and make my payment in full.

Im so disgusted and bringing in my company lawyer to fight against them. Everyone needs to really stand up to these ripoff company's. I want my refund and i would like to be able to find a company with better service.
