 I and a friend went inside of AMPM location: Address: 3775 S Vermont Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90007 Time:  Approx.…10.30 PM…Phone: (323) 734-2181 Hours: Open today Open 24 I purchase a pack of Motrin for a headache and was going to buy more thing but I had to use the bathroom really bad, I explained to the main Hispanic man on duty that I will buy more thing I just have to go pee. He said it’s their store policy not to allow the customers to use the bathroom, “I said but it should only take me 3 minutes then I’m in and out.  He said, If I do it for you I’ll have to do for other people”, I said “I’m a woman and we can just pull out our thing and pee, sir, I can’t believe that you’re denying me from going to the restroom as a paying customer”. He told me as if I wasn’t a human being and an animal, “go outside behind a dumpster and pee”, I said” what, I’m not an animal, how will you feel if someone told your mom this”? Would you tell your mom to go leave a store( with a working bathroom) to go pee outside where men are pulling up in the gas station to get gas and this man is telling me to expose myself and health safety to pee outside. This type of employee is a liability on this company. I felt angry, hurt, emotional damage and I desire for an attorney to help me sue this location AMPM for the emotional distress their worker caused me to have
