We paid a deposit of US$8,250 to AMSAF for the shipment of one container load of plastic scraps from Miami/Ohio to Hong Kong dated 2012.Feb.06. This company failed to ship to us, and failed to return our deposit until today's date. With their continuing failures of their promise to return, we have decided to report this to the world.

This money was paid as a deposit to a recycling company in Florida that was going to supply the material; however the recycling company experienced some problems in the production and generation of the material and eventually closed. We gave the customer the assurance that the money will be refunded and expressed regret that this happened.  We then requested their banking details for the money to be wired back to them last year; but they did not send.
