Amscot in Deland Fl took my entire paycheck after agreeing to take a payment on a cash advance Deland Florida

I am an amscot customer and have been for quite sometime until today. I have used amscot cash advances in the past when living pay check to paycheck became too difficult for me and my family. My last cash advance was in May of 2013. Shortly after my cash advance I lost my job. I had a person in my family pass away and I went out of town honestly forgetting about my cash advance payment. When I return I found from my roomate that Amscot had been harrassing her regarding getting in contact with me and they even at one point asked her to pay my cash advance which she denied since it was my responsibility. I call Amscot immediately after hearing this and apologized for missing my payment explained what was ggoing on in my life since they seemed to need my entire life story to explain why I was unable to make my payment. I was out of work for almost 6 months and I received my first check today from my new job. I took it into Amscot to make a payment on my cash advance and get my check cashed. The lady asked me if Iwould like to make a payment and I told her i would have no problem doing so. She asked how much of a payment i would like to make and i told her that since it was my first paycheck and i was trying to get caught up with bills after being out of work for so longthat I would make 25 today and pay the rest next week since im paid weekly. She asked for contact information which i gave her four different numbers. my house, employer, neighbor and cell. I informed her that my cell was off but the other number she could contact me at. She called all the number and told me they were not active numbers. Questions arose since i gave her my house number and she was telling me that it was not in service. Come to find out her story changed to it was in service but no one answered. Well duh! i was standing in front of her so why or how is it possible for me to be in two places at once and be home to answer the phone for her if i was in their office. The lady was really rude and told me that I needed to take care of it today and I asked her how much of a payment she needed in order for them to not take the full amount out of just one check so i would have something to live off of. She told me 50% and i agreed. She them proceede to cash my check. Thinking that all of this was taken care of i waited patiently only for her to return with my cashed check and they took out the full amount anyways. I was livid. I got home nd called corporate and they only kept telling me that the money was non refundable and that there was nothing they could do. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!
