Wally came to our home gave us an estimate on 8/25/2014 and took a deposit of 3,400.00 for Travertine tile and installation. We have filed a police report and BBB for ignoring our phone calls/texts, refusing to give us our money back or produce our tile. This is not the first time he has accomplished this. He has several arrests for defrauding. Wally took money from us and one of us is a Senior Citizen. Still no tile or money as of 10/13/2014 Ormond Beach Florida

We meet Walter H. Miller (Wally) on 8/24/2014 at a home show in Daytona Beach Fl. He was selling Travertine Tile as Amstone SB Inc and scheduled an appointment to give us an estimate on 8/25/2014. I wrote him a check in the amount of 3,400.00 on 8/25/2014 for the deposit of the tile on the invoice (0100332) he added our deposit and installation date for 10/6/2014. The weekend before 10/6/2014 I called him to see when he woudl be arriving to deliver and install the tile. He did not answer until late 10/5/2014 and said it would be delivered and stocked on 10/6/2014. Never showed up and he ignored phone calls and texts. As the week progressed if he did answer our phone call he cussed us out and said we would never get our money back. As of 10/13/2014 we still do not have our tile and have not heard from him. We have filed a poice report with Volusia County Sheriffs office, and BBB. We did several searches on him and he has several arrests for defrauding. Buyer Beware He is a Scam Artist Big Time.
