 Yesterday my children had a great birthday party. We had princess poppy come out to visit and although we enjoyed our time with her I had several concerns which I Wanted to address with the owners. First, I had several text messages with the character and during our actual conversations in my home she stated she'd take pictures, dance and play games with the children. We had about 20 minutes of her in the costume, and it was my doing as Florida gets hot and I felt terrible for her! I figured the remaining time can be spent interacting with the kids with face painting and temporary tattoos. However there was limited interaction and she seemed to be a little to shy to be handling children's parties. We defiantly did not get the full hour we paid for and we did not get the entertainment I was expecting.

The next day we wanted to call and talk to the manager about everything and this is where my issues occurred. I didn't have intentions of complaining about the nice girl, I just wanted to have "for the future" conversation so parents like myself are clear with their expectation. Well the first mention of the word games and the manager cut me off mid sentence. When I tried to convey my point again he jumped down my throat. This was on repeat till I finally snapped. I had to yell at him to stop and listen. That in turn caused a bigger issue for him and made me the rudest person on the earth. I was told not to mention the word games and he will let me talk. Could it get worse than that? Yes!! To assume someone was happy with service bc they tipped someone is a pretty bold assumption. I tipped bc she was in a costume for 20 minutes in 90 degree weather. I tip even if I get bad service at a restaurant, it's called class my friend!

When I suggested clarifying things for the future he once again lost his temper, screamed at me more, and once again we went on that merry-go-round of yelling and accomplished nothing. He called me a liar, I was told he was the manager and there was no one above him and I couldn't talk to the CEO bc they don't talk to the customers. My husband tried speaking to him, he cut him off as well. He was so angry over the word "games" he couldn't even listen to what I was really upset over. All he had to calmly do was listen then say "sorry for this, in the future we will do...." and all would have been perfect. He didn't care about a single concern. I was told I was rude, and hes right after being cut off ten times and having a manger not listen to my concerns anyone would be rude!

At the end of the day this conversation went so differntly in my head but clearly dealing with someone like this the outcome will always be the same, you get know where. I guess he saw my Facebook post and gave me the good ol threat that he will use that picture as his defense against my complaints. The fact that he would steal my Facebook picture is disgusting! He refunded my my deposit after speaking to the CEO and when I asked for his contact information he refused and I ended it with that's fine, refund me and I'll figure it out. Again, he yelled at me and told me I have anger issues and I guess that was a threat to him as well. It's kind of laughable to be honest.

So, because of This and so many more reasons is why I will never use this company ever again and I hope anyone reading this will do the same. I wish I would have researched before booking, seems like a lot of people out there have had this manager be rude and disrespectful as well. The fact that the CEO doesn't take calls, and they allow the manager to speak to people this way is disgusting and shameful. So from my family to yours, save yourself the headache.

 This is hilarious. Dishonest?, For anyone that reads this feel free to search the reviews on this company. I wish I would have, since majority of complaints are concerning the disrespectful, unprofessional manager. You will see what I mean. Of course I gave the poor girl a tip. Why wouldn't I? Yes, I wasn't happy but I have been raised you tip, as this is how someone gets paid. Again, I had concerns I wanted to address. The manager ended up being my biggest complaint and sole reason as to why I will never use this company again. Since this happened in July and the rebuttal came in October I really have moved on from the chaos of this incident. At this time I will be filing a complaint with consumer affairs and the bbb. Best of luck, sir.

We try but we can’t please everyone ...

Our entertainer arrived on time and in a beautiful new pink troll costume. The entertainer did everything that we promised and stayed for the allotted time that was booked. The client tipped the entertainer for excellent service and then called the next day to complain. Her complaint was that our entertainer did not perform any games. We as a company do not offer games with our characters. We believe that she possibly has our company confused with another company’s package. She threatened to leave a negative review and dispute our charge on her credit card. Even though we provided our complete service as we promised we decided to give her a refund just so that she would be happy. Boy were we wrong because she still posted her dishonest comments. In our opinion, dishonest people will never be happy. They will always want more and will never be satisfied. We do still have faith in the human race that most people are honest and trustworthy. In our opinion no matter how hard we try we will never be able to please 100% of our clients however as always you have our promise that we will definitely continue to try. Best wishes everyone.
