ANA Maria Frias along with two other accomplices, Nancy Fernandez and Christopher R. McPherson scammed me out of $236,000.00 on a FUEL SCAM. Nancy Fernandez possed herself as a Paymaster/Attorney, Ana Maria Frias possed herself as a broker for Rosneft oil refinery in Russia and Christopher R McPherson as a Mandate for fuel. Monies were wire transfered to Russia. Any information on any of above please contact me.

I have known Nancy Fernandez through a professional relationship for 7 years. I have ALWAYS known her to do the correct and honorable thing. She would never ever do anything to hurt anyone or rip them off. She is a fine, honest woman who I trust and would continue to do business with if given the chance. This is obviously a red herring, as the individual making the complaint directed Nancy to place his funds in an investment gone wrong. I am not familiar with this particular investment, but judging from what this gentleman has written about Ms. Fernandez, it sure seems as if he is lumping her in with others who may have mislead him. I admire Nancy, and will work with her again given the opportunity.

As it seems the report given is in fact not a total factual representation of the facts.
The accuser is actually friends of Fernandez and instructed her to send his investment funds for him , and it was a bad investment so now he claims to have been frauded but fact is he invested his funds and directed the money to be sent out so it's really an investor beware you can't blame or fault others for your own miscalculations
