We would just like to report a company, who goes by either the name of The Blimp World or Anaheim Blimp Inc, is a rip-off. The company supposedly offers Blimp rides in the Laguna Beach area.
We bought two tickets in Oct. In the end, the company stated that they could not fly and promised a full refund of $600.00.
We never received a refund.
A complaint was filed with the BBB as well has the local Chamber of Commerce. While working with the ACC, we discovered
that the company doesn't even have the proper permit or licensing to operate a blimp.
We know that we will ever get our money back, but would like to prevent others (especially from out-of-state) from finding themselves in the same situation.
