I am unemployed, and have not worked in over 6 months. I received the ANC notification in the mail, and got excited. I decided to research online, and saw numerous reports of fraud, fake certificates, greedy repetitive requests for money with NO payout. This is just ridiculous, people are having a hard enough time just trying to keep a roof over their heads, and food on the table. The government needs a section within IRS for fraudulent financial practices. This junk is out of control.
