I too received this "OFFICAL" mailing to my home address that I had won "$2,000,000 dollars.  The paperwork looks all official until they ask you to mail them $11.89  for a "PREMIUM OFFER ACQUISITION FEE" and for a "RUSH PROCESSING" add $3.00 ($14.89 total).  DON'T SEND THEM ANY MONEY AS THEY ARE A SCAM.  You can make a report to your local jurisdiction police/sheriff's office informing them of this scam.  When you make the report, make sure you get a police report number and tell them to please have your report forwarded on to the Postal Inspector (unless you also call the Postal Inspector's Office yourself) since these idiots are using the US Mail system to commit FRAUD/FORGERY/THEFT, which by the way is a FEDERAL OFFENSE!  Don't throw away the envelope or its contents because investigators may contact you down the road and collect those items as evidence in their case.
