After finding out that nothing Hazel said was true, and after her urging me to go put a 199.00 hold deposit money order on a Shea apartment I just viewed ( as Hazel told me I would be refunded my 40 dollar app fee and get the lowest deposit available- since she worked so much with Shea and how Anchor Your Assets has excellent credit..)

Well, I had just found out from Seaside apartments that because of Jasper USA in Irvine ( the corporate name Anchor Your Assets uses) credit; my deposit would be 1,150 and that they never refund app fees, and doesn't know why Hazel told me this.

After learning this information(I had already given 497 to Anchor Your Assets), I kept calling and emailing- no one would answer me.

I only had a few hours to receive my 199.00 back from apt complex should I change my mind

They said they would send it to me.

I had to threaten to go to my credit card to receive the 497.00 back- as they ignored my emails and phone calls.

I got into a nice apartment on my own, first time I tried, without there "help."

Well, fast forward a month, I end up having to speak to Shea properties corporate in Aliso Viejo, CA- she informs me they had sent a check to Jasper USA in Irvine! She also wrote the check out to them!

Well, of course I have left many messages and emails, to return my money- and I am ignored.

Once, I spoke to Jay and he apologized took down my address, and said they would send it.

  No one did.

Another time, when I threatened to expose them, "customer service" emailed me back confirming my address and that they would send it to me.

 No one did.

Every single thing with this company is a lie.

I believe Anchor Your Assets urged me to put that holding deposit down, so they could get it.

Anchor Your Assets is in the business to charge huge fees (1,495) plus steal your deposit to apartment complex.

This is a fake company working in there PJs without a real business location (Rented/ hidden P.O. box address).

I will keep posting my story, until I receive my 199.00 back.

Where is My Refund?

AUTHOR: Cassandra - (United States)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 30, 2019

Hello,

I have tried many times to get in contact with someone regarding my refund. I have been ignored multiple times and when I do reach someone they tell me to "Email billing". I have written the admin and billing many times, and have asked for a tracking number to be included and attached to my check that is supposed to be sent out.

I am demanding this tracking number because I was told a check for my full refund of 1547.00 was already sent out, and it was never recieved. I see now that this has been a common complaint from your customers and I need assurance that I will indeed recieve my refund as I was promised.

I am adding to this report because I believe this information lends credit to the orignial post and I will also be making a new report that will detail my struggles with this company as well. Please contact me WITH a tracking number, or as I said I would be able to come a pick up the new check from your location.

Thank you.

Anchor Your Assets SCAM/Liars

POSTED: Saturday, September 23, 2017

Yep. That's right. You are such helpers. With your fake names. And everyone on the internet is LYING. Because YOU are the victim. You only want to HELP, right?

Yes, you are right. You do take all the risk. Hiding, and being part of an internet crime scam-laying around-waiting for fresh, new victims to give you money, and trying to think of a creative new way to get money out of your "client" who cancelled on your so-called "guarantee."

Stealing people's money and ghosting away from prison time-for your fake internet set-up. Nice way of blaming the victim for your "risk" in choosing to conduct crimes-the FBI would love to meet you. Heck, I would love to meet you.

Yep. That is right-we ALL love to post lies-and out of millions of companies. We chose YOU.

Nice P.R. work. You STEAL people's money-then say how hard you worked and how much you CARE.

Must be hard to sit in your PJs all day waiting for a "fresh" victim-while ghosting the people you "HELP" and care so much for-(and now that you have taken there money) you don't call, or email-anything..but try and think of creative ways to still steal there money(like contacting the complex to have them put your 3 day refundable hold deposit you paid- to have the complex send you a check, and have it placed in your name) Ya.

So people; don't put down any hold deposits-and don't believe this "company" when they tell you they are refunding your credit card. They wont-and you need your money not tied up-so.you.can. move.

I shudder at the thought of victims- who have given all there money to this internet crime scam-and now the complex has raised the move-in deposit to much more(NOT including Anchor Your Asset this is PLUS ..people..but, I like Anchor Your Assets play on words- than you were quoted.

(This is the complex they told you they work with; and have a close relationship with- and just did business with- and how you will get the "Lowest Deposit They Offer" deal from them-because of Anchor Your Assets great credit and reputation-"Hazel" says..)

When you go view that very same complex in person(you know the one Hazel knew you were going to visit- so "helped you along by urging you to put money down because(see above reasons provided..) and speak with the leasing agents, while touring-you learn-they do NOT know of this company. (But Anchor Your Assets already has your money-and now you have given the non-refundable application fee to the complex to apply(that Hazel said you would get back-now you are told that they NEVER return aplication fees-never have..) After I left viewing the property Hazel urges me to put a holding deposit down-don't let it get away..(of course she calls at this time..) I wasn't even sure I wanted the apartment-but, I figured they have all my money tied up-I should trust them, right? And thehold deposit to the complex is refundable, in 3 days the apartment complex informs me.

A day later, the apartment complex calls me and emails me-they have now checked Anchor Your Assets credit and background-and the complex deposit has increased-significantly.

You ask the apartment complex why the deposit is more than you were quoted(and you are shocked-of course as the "helpers" told you something entirely different-wait-there's more..) The complex says because, THERE CREDIT IS NOT GOOD. AND, they HAVE NO HISTORY WORKING WITH THEM.

After hearing this-you try to call for answers to the "professional helper" and ask why this happened-as they were calling and emailing you non-stop before(before they got your money). You will call, and email. Leave messages. Not. One. Person. Will. Answer. The. Phone. (or return your messages, and emails).

But, then you feel okay(well..a tiny bit..considering..) because you didn't even know if you wanted to reside in that apartment complex, so you decide you only gave a refundable holding deposit anyway, which is refundable.

Well, in the time you are letting Anchor Your Assets know what is going on...(they are just sitting listening to your emails and messages, and of course they received the email from the apartment complex explaining about the significant increase in order to move in(as I received a copy from the complex of what they emailed them)-more importantly-they ar hearing about all the ways in what I was told-have turned out to be different and what happened-no, they wont answer and wont explain...

They are fanagaling the hold deposit to be sent from the complex put in there name and sent to them.

And THEY CAN. It is not YOUR APARTMENT. It is THEIRS.

So, you will NOT get the money back from Anchor Your Assets. You will end up having to get it back from your credit card(The REAL helpers who know of internet scam crimes) but, that will take a WHILE. YOUR MONEY WILL BE TIED UP.

Then, your application fees. That is already gone. And then, that holding deposit to the complex you gave-you know the one, while you decide if you want to live at that apartment complex or not? Anchor Your Assets will steal it-AND THE APT COMPLEX WILL COME BACK WITH A MUCH HIGHER DEPOSIT AMOUNT then originally offered-and now your money is all tied up-Anchor Your Assets is ghosting you-so, now you are what? Forced to move into that apartment complex that you don't even want anymore? And pay even more money, for it?

And Now it's not even yours.

LOL most Americans consider being "disrespectful" as someone-who hides behind a computer-waiting for new victims-and stealing people's hard earned money.

I absolutely shudder at the thought of victims who were less fortunate then me. Depending and hoping that Anchor Your Assets will be there for them-after there money is all tied up with them-and they need to move as they have given notice to where they are living-find out it is a scam-but now they can't start all over they have run out of time and money is tied up-and, now they need to pay even MORE money for the inflation due to the fact that the company was "helping" you all because of there excellent credit and background-that-they. don't. even.have.that.

I am fortunate to have located a beautiful apartment on my own a few days later. They were having a special of the first month free. I qualified easily. And it is mine.

Anchor Your Assets still got my $199.00. Oh, and the "company" dissapeared for a while. And, now I guess they are re-appearing...Hello. Come.meet.me.in.person.

Anchor Your Assets SCAM/Liars

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Friday, September 22, 2017

How funny that your "customer Service" department (you know the person working in her pjs at home-as there is no "real" address-just look it up- as other people who were also scammed, investigated).

I like how they pretend you only pay Anchor Your Assets-and not the deposit as well-alll before you move in.

But, that's not even the worse part. They will call the leasing company behind your back after you have given them your own money(AND paid Anchor Your Assets there fee-yes-there are 2 huge fees-not one (love how they love to imply that!) (3 day refundable money hold you will be told to pay in a money order-should you change your mind to the complex-which was only supposed to be between yourself and the complex. You do it-because that's what you do when you want to hold an apartment-right? You have three days by law to receive that money back ).

Anyway, since  the apartment is in JASPER, INC (scam name they use for applications/fake company/address)aka Anchor Your Assets-they will have the apartment send THEM your money! And guess, what?! It's THERE application-so they take it!

These crooks hide behind the internet-fake company.

I got a beautiful apartment with first month free-on my own, easily. You don't need these "crack-heads" to get an apartment-trust me.

And there credit isn't even good! As I am sure they had good credit for only a month, back in the day-before people started finding out.

Hahah funny how these people pretend they have all this power -and they have a great business relationship with that complex as they have worked with them before-the complex doesn't know them you find out, and after you locate the apartment you want to rent with and(you pay your application fee/holding deposit/PLUS the Anchor Your Assets fee..) you get a call from the complex after running Anchor Your Assets credit and background check-) the complex says there credit wasn't good, and they raise the deposit amount(Ya. Real great relationship. They said they never did business with them before. Another lie.)

They are so shady with there internet scam-they DO NOT give you your money back-I actually DO have a good relationship with my bank and they knew it was a scam so Anchor Your Assets was FORCED to give me my money back, by my bank!

"Anchor Your Assets" is made-up. They have fake addresses which go to P.O. boxes!(Allot of P.O. boxes do this now-to hide that someone has a P.O. box address).

It's not your apartment. It is THEIRS. And they will-steal-it-all.

People-take the money you would pay Anchor your Assets and offer the complex a higher deposit. Because this is what the apartment complex will do anyway-when they see the Anchor Your Assets credit! But, by then-it will be too late. Your money is gone, and even if you get it back from your bank it will take 3 weeks-because Anchor Your Assets won't give it back to you! I feel sorry for the people that need money to move-and then are stuck believing these people-and when they find out they have been robbed-they have no money, and no place to live because it is much more than they were told. (AND EVEN MORE THAN THAT-WHEN THEY ALSO TAKE YOUR MONEY ORDER MONEY BEHIND YOUR BACK!).

They don't do anything for you. But sit around, and fanagle your money out of you. Oh, they google apartment complexes in your area you wish to move too.

Funny-most people would consider liars, and people who steal (it's called an "internet scam" a well-known crime, and punishable by prison time..)-this "company" gives a "job" to people who sit in filth with no furniture-but a telephone and computer on the cold, garage floor- waiting to "telemarket" someone who called, in there underwear, smoking crack.

They say they "screen you" first on there internet ad. LOL they never screen you. You fill out this short little screening questionaire, agrreing you make more than 7K a month. (to make sure you make enough money, so they can take it).

Then, they HOUND YOU 1 minute later with approval emails, and messages. Wow. approved in 1 minute, huh? Hmmn.

Yes. You ALL are approved if you have enough money to give to them.

Ethey need to call the leasing agency, and have the refundable right away- within 3 days- hold deposit you paid; put in there name, and sent back to them. (I didn't see that one coming).

And no-they will NOT give you your money back. Big lie. They will go back to there dirty floor-and dodge your calls-and sb it is to call someone they just stole from., who just found out. I can only imagine.

Haha they think that emailing an application copy they use over and over with a change of three words, is work-they don't help you find an apartment-YOU find the apartment-they just give you addresses on the phone(still hiding) to visit to give more money to them-they can steal- they pretend they "know" these apartment complexes and have rented for other "clients" in that same complex-so it should be really easy they say, when the apartment has never worked with them before, you learn.

Wow. They really work for you. And what a GREAT "JOB" they do-must be hard to think of new ways to take people's money all day, sitting on your dirty floor when you wish the money you steal, from other people's hard work; could just appear in your bank account, huh? Oh wait-that IS what they do. Oh, and then there's that getting the money order deposit to be sent to you in your name-now, that must have been WORK.

You have more money, a better job, and these "telemarketers" in there PJs-can really do a number on someone-and it makes me sad to think that I almost lost A-LOT of money. Well, actually I DID-I just forced it back-but, I lost $199-they have all kinds of ways.

I shudder at the thought of people who have no place to go, and have now given all there money to these crackheads-and they now need even more money than they were told (by... you guessed it! ) as they already gave notice to where they are living-with now nowhere else to go-or turn to-except to call and call and email Anchor Your Assets the -"helpful" people- who has now dissapeared-and with all of your moving money-and then some-as you learn you need even more, as they aren't the powerful, or credit-worthy company they said they were...

..and now you need even more-or, guess what-homeless?

Ya, people tend to be "disrespectful" to people who steal other people's hard working money.

199.00 hold deposit money order on a Shea apartment

AUTHOR: Anchor Your Assets - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, September 22, 2017

Hello We have helped many people secure a nice property. Most of our clients pay our fee of $1,497 or now $1,547 because it is less than they would have to pay If they had to pay move in cost and a huge deposit for having not great credit. Some properties every so often ask for a juge deposit and we just move on to a property where the sucurity deposit is much lower. The name of this client is Rachael Ciccarelli and she has been nothing but disrespectful. We got her approved and then refunded all of her money because she did not want the place or another one. She is trying to collect the 199.00 that she paid the property to hold the unit then cancelled. Now with the internet people with issues try to make people look bad unless they get their way. Because of her false, blatent and billegerent review we are responding to set the record straight. If you need help relocating please move forward as we are here to help you put a roof over your family's head. A really nice one. Thanks America
